Economics for kids?

Henry Ford once said, “It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.”

And that was before 1971, 2008 and 2020…

We can’t afford another generation that doesn’t understand.

The EconoKidz story

Imagine majoring in economics and then qualifying as an accountant with the topic of what money actually is never coming up. That’s what happened to Ian Foster (right).

When the banks were bailed out in 2008 and endless money printed ever since, he realised a blind ignorance of sound money is perhaps the biggest problem of his generation. Inspired by his wife, Abena (left), he created EconoKidz so that at least his own three kids don’t suffer the same ignorance, and that by sharing it with the world many more don’t too.

I don’t believe we shall ever have a good money again before we take the thing out of the hands of government, that is, we can’t take them violently out of the hands of government, all we can do is by some sly roundabout way introduce something that they can’t stop.
